What this is

A fixed-rate on-ramp: you pay USDT (TRC20) and receive EMC (Emercoin) at an Emercoin address you provide. This is a payment for a delivery of EMC — not an exchange account, custody, or investment service. No sign-up, no KYC at the amounts offered.

Rate & limits

• Fixed rate: 1 USDT = 10 EMC. No quoting, no slippage.
• Per order: 5–10 USDT.

How payment is matched

• Each order shows a single deposit address and an exact amount to pay (e.g. 5.000001). The amount is your order's tag.
• Pay that exact figure in a single transfer. Pay it from a wallet you control.
• An amount that does not match an open order cannot be attributed and is not tracked and not refunded. Sending a different amount, multiple partial transfers, or paying after the order expires are at your own risk.
• Orders expire if unpaid within the displayed window.

One-way, no refunds

The swap is one-way and final. Once USDT is received and EMC is delivered to the address you provided, the transaction is complete. There are no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks. Double-check your EMC address — EMC sent to a wrong but valid address cannot be recovered.

Compliance

Incoming payments are screened against sanctions lists and on-chain blacklist signals. A flagged sender is placed on hold for manual review and EMC is not delivered.

Availability & liability

The service may be paused without notice (e.g. when the EMC reserve is low — in which case no USDT is taken). It is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited to delivering the EMC owed for a correctly paid, matched order, or the equivalent value where delivery is impossible.
